Jim is a seasoned pastor with 24 years of experience in nurturing and guiding leaders and volunteers across all age groups and the co-founder of Volunteer U. Known for his insightful approach, Jim excels at uncovering the core strengths of individuals and harnessing those talents to cultivate and elevate them into even more effective leaders. His ability to connect deeply with people and understand their unique capabilities has made him a respected mentor and speaker in the field of leadership development.

Co-Founder & Professor

Intrigued with helping teams thrive, Christina received her doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University with a focus on Global Consulting. In 2017, she co-founded Volunteer University to help organizations take their volunteer teams from good to great. Christina works with organizations to develop their volunteer teams, launch new initiatives, and fix broken systems.

Mia is a highly experienced volunteer manager with over 15 years of expertise in the music industry, specializing in volunteer coordination across hospitality, events, and church settings. Passionate about creating welcoming environments, Mia has a unique talent for connecting with people, transforming strangers into fast friends. Her leadership style focuses on empowering teams, helping them feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their best. Mia is also skilled at encouraging leaders, equipping them with practical tools to inspire their own teams.
